Key Responsibilities: 

• Installation and Repairs:

  - Install and repair garage doors, openers, springs, and other components according to industry standards.

  - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with garage door systems.

• Maintenance:

  - Perform routine maintenance on garage doors and related equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

  - Provide recommendations for preventive maintenance to clients.

• Customer Interaction:

  - Interact with customers professionally, explaining services and providing cost estimates.

  - Address customer questions and concerns with courtesy and expertise.

• Documentation:

  - Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

  - Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Safety Compliance:

  - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during installations and repairs.

  - Ensure that work is performed in compliance with relevant safety regulations.
