Customer Service Representative/Marketing Assistant

Richmond, VA (In-Office)

Pay:

  • Earn $20-$25 per hour + Bonuses

Hours: 

  • Full-Time

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • In-Office Position

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience with Canva would be a major plus!

  • Interest and knowledge of content creation/marketing a major plus!

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passing background and drug screen.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to commute to office.

  • Prior experience in customer service in a similar industry preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions.

  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide updates on service status.

  • Efficiently coordinate and dispatch service requests to the appropriate technical team members.

  • Schedule and prioritize service appointments based on urgency and customer needs.

  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely arrivals and completion of service calls.

  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva to support promotional campaigns, social media posts, and email marketing.
