Earn $20-$25 per hour + Bonuses

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:
Previous experience with Canva would be a major plus!
Interest and knowledge of content creation/marketing a major plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passing background and drug screen.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to commute to office.
Prior experience in customer service in a similar industry preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide updates on service status.
Efficiently coordinate and dispatch service requests to the appropriate technical team members.
Schedule and prioritize service appointments based on urgency and customer needs.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely arrivals and completion of service calls.
Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva to support promotional campaigns, social media posts, and email marketing.
